Brazosport Federation and Support Personnel (BFTSP) is an organization of educators and education support personnel in the Brazosport Independent School District (BISD). The organization is an affiliate of the Texas Federation of Teachers (TFT) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). BFTSP is dedicated to the education of the students of BISD and the support of the educators who provide that education.
